Terms & Conditions
General
1. Eligibility & Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
2. No Medical Advice
All content is provided for general informational purposes only and is
not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on our site.
3. Telehealth & Treatment Disclaimer
All consultations are provided via telehealth unless otherwise noted. Treatments—including hormone replacement therapy, peptides, supplements, and laboratory testing—carry inherent risks and potential side effects. Individual results vary and
no specific outcome is guaranteed. Treatment decisions are made solely between you and your licensed provider.
4. User Obligations
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign‑up and onboarding.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
5. Placing Orders & Payment
Orders for medications, supplements, or lab panels may be placed only after you become a member and a licensed provider issues a prescription or requisition.
- Custom Compounding: All prescriptions are compounded on an as‑needed basis by licensed U.S. 503A/503B pharmacies; therefore, inventory is not pre‑stocked.
- Processing Time: Expect 5–14 business days for compounding and delivery, subject to pharmacy workload, shipping carrier delays, or force‑majeure events.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA debit cards. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise specified.
6. Membership Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
- Membership fees are billed monthly or on a six‑month (semi‑annual) cycle at a discounted rate.
- Fees are non‑refundable once services have been rendered.
- You may cancel with 30 days’ advance written notice; cancellation ends future billing but does not refund past charges.
- Promotional or “grandfathered” benefits are forfeited upon cancellation.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to federal and state regulations governing prescription products,
we cannot accept returns or exchanges for compounded medications or supplements. Contact us if your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; we will work with the pharmacy/carrier on a resolution.
